Everything from a fresh browser tab to an earning deposit. No prior crypto experience assumed: if you can use online banking, you can do this.
Create your account#

Open the app and sign in
Go to peridot.finance/app and sign in with your email address or a social login. A secure wallet is created for you automatically. You stay in control; Peridot never holds your money. - 2
Look around in demo mode
Before connecting anything, the app shows realistic demo data so you can explore every screen risk-free.
Add money#

Tap “Add money”
Choose bank transfer (SEPA) or card / Apple Pay. Bank transfer has the lowest fees; card is instant. - 2
One-time identity check
For bank transfers, a short KYC check is required by regulation. It is usually done in a couple of minutes. - 3
Transfer to your personal IBAN
You get a dedicated IBAN. Send euros from your bank; they arrive as digital dollars (USDC) or euros (EURC) in your Peridot wallet, typically the same business day.

On the home screen, choose what to deposit; for a first run, the USD or EUR pool is the natural pick. Enter the amount and confirm. - 2

Your position appears in the portfolio with a live APY and starts accruing interest immediately, every few seconds. - 3
Withdraw whenever you like
There is no lock-up and no notice period. Withdrawals return your deposit plus everything it earned.

Common questions
How long does the first deposit take?
The account and identity check take a few minutes. The SEPA transfer itself is what you wait for, typically arriving the same or next business day. Card funding lands in seconds but carries the card provider's fee.
Is there a minimum deposit?
The lending markets have no minimum. The fiat rails do: cashing out has a small minimum per payout, and card providers apply their own floor.
Do I have to pay gas fees?
On Stellar a transaction costs a fraction of a cent, and the app covers the network fee in the normal consumer flows, so there is no separate gas token to buy or hold.
Can I try Peridot without depositing money?
Yes. Before you connect anything, the app runs in demo mode with realistic sample data, so you can walk through every screen without risk.
